Personal Applications
Please bring a printed copy of your completed online application form along with all your supporting documents.

WALK-IN APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT.

The Visa Section only accepts walk-in applications between 8.30am and 11.30am Mon-Fri except on Public Holidays. The Consular Section is open between 8.30am and 2pm. Passports and Visas will normally be available for pick up between 2.00pm and 4.00pm. Make an appointment here

Postal Applications
Please send a printed copy of your completed online application form along with all your supporting documents.

Postal applications are normally processed within 5 working days excluding mail time. This is subject to seasonal delays which can increase this timescale up to 10 working days.

If you do not wish to pay securely online you should enclose a separate money order or certified cheque for $12 with your visa application to cover the cost of shipping and handling charges. We do not accept pre-paid envelopes. All applications are returned by Federal Express Overnight delivery.
