China Multi-Entry Visa Requirement:

Multiple Entry Visas are issued for business purposes only. In addition to the normal requirement, i.e. Your Passport, Visa Application Form, Passport Style Photo (Must be standard passport type photo with a plain background, color or black and white.), Invitation Letter, and Order Form, you must also meet one of the following requirements:

(1) A visa notification issued by an authorized Chinese unit, which specifies the validity, number of entries and duration of stay; or

(2) If applicant has made an investment in China, submit the original and photocopy of the Chinese business license carrying the name of the applicant (The original will be returned after checking); or

(3) If applicant is in a management position of an American company that has a subsidiary in China, submit an application letter from the American company and an invitation letter from the Chinese subsidiary; or

(4) If applicant has visited China at least twice with a business visa within the past 12 months, submit a copy of the visa and an invitation letter from a Chinese organization; or

(5) If applicant needs to visit China frequently to execute contracts signed with a Chinese company, submit the original and photocopy of the contract (The original will be returned after checking).
