1. Applications forms (duly filled in) must accompany:

o Passport with minimum validity for six months

o Two latest passport size photographs (Not older than six months) staple at the top right corner of Forms.

o Pre-paid self-addressed envelope, registered post or courier satchel.

o Appropriate fee in the form money order or certified bank cheque in favour of High Commission for Pakistan Canberra or Consulate General of Pakistan Sydney for NSW. (Cash or personal cheques are not acceptable) If any of the particulars/information furnished are found to be incorrect/withheld visa is liable to be cancelled at any time. Incomplete and unsigned applications will not be processed
3. Persons proceeding to Pakistan on specific assignments (Business/Conferences/Seminars etc) should enclose letter/documents from their employer/sponsors giving all details such as the nature of the assignment, duration of visit etc

Visa Fees :-
