Visa Information
Stay of three months or less

Canadians may visit Germany as tourists or for business purposes without a visa for up to three months.
Once in Germany, it is sometimes possible to extend such visits to a period of a maximum of six months by applying to the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigner's Office). The validity of the traveller's passport should exceed the planned duration of stay by at least six months.
