Requirements for Obtaining an Entry Visa to Thailand:
Visa Information :-
A valid passport must be submitted with an application form. The passport
must be
valid for traveling to Thailand and has at least 6 months validity remaining.
Failure to
observe this request may result in the refusal of visa.
One completed and signed visa application form for each passport.
One recent passport-size photograph must be submitted with the form. We
will
not use the photo from your passport. (The Embassy will not accept
photocopies or scanned photos).
N.B. Please be advised that regarding minors traveling to Thailand who
appear together with their parents in their parents’ passport, the
parents
must fill out one visa application form, and submit one passport size
photo,
as well as the visa fee for each minor

Tourist visa……....$40.00 (single entry) $80.00 (double entries)
